Foundation Phase learners of Curro Heuwelkruin had lots of fun when they celebrated Spring Day recently wearing colourful hats they made and decorated using recycled material.
The learners had the opportunity to parade in front of their peers and a few even tried their hand at some stunts.
Foundation Phase educator Minnie Blignaut said that it was the first year that the school celebrated the start of spring.
“It was a great success and I am sure that we will do it again next year,” she said.
