A little French flavour was added to the mix when 80 Grade 12 learners from Flora Park Comprehensive School celebrated their matric farewell guided by the theme ‘Paris’ at Meropa Casino and Entertainment World recently.
Lavish suits and trendy dresses turned learners into celebrities while the stylish vehicles they arrived in fascinated the crowd. Educators and members of the school governing body (SGB) also demonstrated their sense of fashion wearing classy outfits that adhered to the theme.
Principal Joseph Masekela applauded learners for going all out as he emphasised that the participants looked extraordinary. He was delighted that there were no incidents reported during and after the gathering. He concluded by thanking parents, educators and members of the SGB for making the occasion a success.
