POLOKWANE – “It’s really easy to make these delicious filling sandwiches. All you need to make these is left over chicken breast, some bread, buns or even a wrap, some onions and peppers, and some tomatoes. As food technicians we have had to be creative and resourceful when it comes to food, introducing cost effective methods to making food,” explains Michael Mongezi Maditse.
