Polokwane records 1st Covid-19 death
The worst affected area remains Fetakgomo Tubatse followed by Polokwane

POLOKWANE – Polokwane has recorded it’s first Covid-19 death on Thursday, 11 June.
Limpopo has 271 confirmed cases according to the Department of Health.
The worst affected area remains Fetakgomo Tubatse with 132 cases followed by Polokwane with 43 cases.

The department confirmed that seven new cases were recorded in the last 24 hours; two in Tzaneen, one each in Musina, Thulamela, Thabimzimbi and Lephalale, respectively, one case in transit.
More than 60% of Covid-19 related cases have recovered; the number of recoveries stands at 175 with 92 cases still active.
