Speedster arrested for driving at 227km/h in Limpopo
The 55-year-old man has been detained at the Modimolle Police Station
LIMPOPO – A 50-year-old male driver was arrested by Limpopo Traffic Officers on Thursday, for driving at 227km/h in a 120km/h zone. Spokesperson for the Department of Transport, Matome Moremi-Taueatsoala says the driver of a BMW X1 was caught on the N1 South near Modimolle.
“He was arrested on charges of speeding and has been detained at the Modimolle Police Station.”
