Speedster caught driving at 209 km/h on N1
The man was arrested on the spot and formally charged with reckless driving and speeding.
LIMPOPO – The Department of Transport reports that a 34-year-old man was arrested earlier today (Friday, 8 January) for speeding on the N1 road near Modimolle.
According to the report the accused was driving a VW Polo and a travelling at a speed of 209 km/h in a 120km/h zone.
He was arrested on the spot and was formally charged with reckless driving and speeding. He has been detained at the Modimolle Police Station.
