Annadale power outage: The matter is receiving urgent attention, says the municipality

POLOKWANE – Parts of Annadale suburb are still without power after due to a cable fault on Sunday, 21 February.

According to a statement issued by the Polokwane Municipality’s Communication and Marketing unit the affected areas include Garena Rental Village.

“The electrical team managed to restore power to a bigger portion of the area last night. Some sections are still without power and the team is still working on  restoring supply to the affected areas.”

In the meantime residents in the affected areas are advised to switch off all electrical applicants to avoid damage and to consider all electrical wires as live.
