POLOKWANE – They donated blood at the school on August 4. They had a target of 64 units and learners were optimistic about reaching it at the end of the day.
Nqobile Mavuso, who donated for the first time, said she expected the process to be painful but it was not.
“I will definitely donate again because it feels good to know that I could potentially save a life,” she said.
Another learner, Mashudu Mashila was a third-time donor. He explained that he keeps returning to donate because he is a firm believer in doing good and that his blood will help someone in need.
