POLOKWANE – For Valentine’s Day, the former Department of Education’s spokesperson Pat Kgomo as well as the team from Phaphama Mzansi Foundation visited Little Bright Star Crèche and Pre-school to talk to the learners about gender-based violence.

The head of the school, Ruth Mothata said that they invited the organisation to teach the learners, in an age-appropriate way, about saying no, and knowing what to do when touches them and makes them feel uncomfortable.

As an extra surprise the schools received donations of bread and squeeze bottles from Albany.
