Tackle youth challenges at Hlabirwa Disciplinary Camp
Help your child develop discipline and resilience at the Hlabirwa Disciplinary Camp, a structured programme to build positive values.

POLOKWANE – Parents seeking meaningful interventions for their children’s behavioural challenges can this winter holiday consider enrolling them in the Hlabirwa Disciplinary Camp, a structured programme designed to instil discipline and positive values in young people.
The camp is an initiative of Kholofelo Pholafudi, the CEO of the Hlabirwa Rehabilitation Clinic, and is held on a private farm near Lebowakgomo. It is aimed at youths between the ages of 10 and 21, particularly those facing issues such as disrespect toward authority figures, substance abuse, bullying, and peer pressure.
“Our goal is to transform behaviour by changing mindsets,” said Pholafudi. “The camp environment is structured to teach obedience, respect, and self-discipline, which helps young people better cope with negative emotions and social pressures.”
Through daily routines, mentorship and guided activities, the camp promotes character development and emotional regulation, all while providing a foundation for long-term change and a healthier approach to life.
Parents and guardians interested in registering their children for the upcoming June school holiday camp can contact 064 519 0653 or visit www.hlabirwarehab.com for further information.
Pholafudi stressed that early intervention is key: “This is an opportunity to redirect young lives before it’s too late.”
