POLOKWANE – The 50-year-old Makgabo Sekobane is the founder and director of Grablife which specialises in crafting natural, nutrient-dense, and healthy food products.

Sekobane hails from Seshego and holds a BA Honours in Psychology from the University of Limpopo.

She says Grablife is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle by hosting healthy eating classes and wellness programs including collaborations with Eskom, churches, school and communities.

“At Grablife our commitment goes beyond business. It is about fostering well-being through nutrient-dense foods and a holistic approach to health,” she told the Polokwane Review-Observer.

Grablife aims to be more than just a food manufacturer, but a company that people can partner with to ensure that they have a sustainable well-being.

The company prioritises the use of natural, unrefined ingredients and offers products such as artisan bread, muesli, herbal seasoning, ancient grain meal, whole grains and legumes.

The products are free from preservatives, colorants, additives and genetic modification to ensure healthy living.

“I envision a world where natural ingredients, from herbs to grain, feature prominently on every plate,” she added.

The company advocates for a harmonious lifestyle by promoting the consumption of natural, unprocessed foods.
