According to the MEC, Limpopo will soon be the leading province with regard to the supply of various marula products across the country, and hopefully beyond our borders.

POLOKWANE – During the 18th edition of the Annual Marula Festival launch in Polokwane, Tourism MEC Rodgers Monama stated that one of the objectives of the festival is to increase the commercial value of the marula products through the support of the developed Marula Beverage Brewers and producers of byproducts.

The event was held at Uhuru Lifestyle and Emporium on Sunday.

“We are hopeful that as we strive towards industrialising our province, we encourage industrial symbiosis, support emerging entrepreneurs, and strive towards market access for our local small businesses,” Monama said.

According to the MEC, Limpopo will soon be the leading province with regard to the supply of various marula products across the country, and hopefully beyond our borders.
Festival activities will take place between this coming Sunday and next Saturday at various locations around Phalaborwa, culminating in an open-air concert at the Impala Park Stadium.
