Mitchell House donates to Seshego special needs school

Mitchell House learners and staff donate essential items to Grace and Hope Special School, promoting community service and social responsibility.

POLOKWANE – The Mitchell House intermediate phase (IP) Community Service Council, along with IP teachers Thalitha Mphasha and Prudance Maake, visited Grace and Hope Special School in Seshego on Thursday to donate clothes, educational toys, school shoes, casual shoes and stationery.

The Mitchell House IP learners had the honour of also meeting the learners and gaining insight into their daily challenges.

They played games and also got to spend time with the learners, socialising with them before their departure.

“Thank you to all the parents and learners for their support and for making this event possible. We really appreciate it. A little does indeed go a mile away,” Mphasha said.
