Polokwane Muni works to restore power after Dorp Street crash

Dorp and Thabo Mbeki Street still without power, while repairs are underway, delays are expected due to extent of damage.

POLOKWANE – Following a crash that damaged a mini-substation on Friday, October 25, repairs are currently in progress to restore power in the areas surrounding Dorp and Thabo Mbeki Streets.

Municipal spokesperson Thipa Selala says that, despite ongoing restoration efforts, the extent of the damage means that the work may not be completed as initially scheduled for this afternoon.
