Limpopo doctor launches simple, science-backed skincare

Dr Tshidziwani Netshishivhe launches a science-backed Daily Skin Kit, offering simple, effective and affordable skincare routines.

LIMPOPO – “It is not just another skincare product, it is a medically guided routine. It is special because it is simple, effective and designed with real people in mind, not just trends.”

These are the confident words of Dr Tshidziwani Netshishivhe, a medical doctor and aesthetic practitioner whose passion lies in enhancing beauty and promoting overall health. She is widely known for sharing practical skincare advice, and through her Daily Skin Kit, she has created a line focused on nurturing healthy skin with science-backed simplicity.

Netshishivhe said her inspiration came from years of treating patients who were frustrated with complicated and expensive routines that delivered inconsistent results.

“Many came to me feeling overwhelmed by the skincare market. I wanted to bridge the gap between medical expertise and everyday skincare, creating something safe, affordable and reliable. Watching people transform not just their skin, but their confidence, has been the greatest reward,” she said.

For her, skincare is personal. “Being in the cosmetic industry means being part of people’s self-love journey. It is not about changing someone, but enhancing what is already there and helping them see their own beauty,” she told CV.

She considers her biggest achievement the trust she has built with patients through her medical and skincare practice. “When I saw how simple, consistent care could completely change someone’s skin and boost their confidence, I knew I had created something worthwhile.”

She acknowledges that misinformation and unrealistic promises in the skincare industry remain her greatest challenge. “I deal with it by staying true to evidence-based practices and educating my clients about what really works,” she added.

Netshishivhe studied medicine at the University of KwaZulu-Natal before specialising in aesthetic medicine. Her background in general practice, combined with her aesthetic expertise, allows her to merge science with beauty.
