POLOKWANE – Motorists are advised to avoid the R37 near Sepanapudi towards Lebowakgomo following a serious road incident this morning.

According to the Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety, the road has been closed after a head-on collision, where a scholar transport vehicle may have been involved in the crash, although details are still being verified.

Traffic officials and police are currently on the scene managing and directing traffic.

Motorists are urged to use alternative routes where possible and to exercise caution when travelling in the area. Traffic delays are expected.
