POLOKWANE – Learners from Bennie Boekwurm Pre-school in Ladanna who are part of the Little Ninja Academy Limpopo classes hosted their graduation ceremony at the school on Thursday, presented by the founder of the academy, sensei Annatjie de Jager.
Karate students Ruth and Hope Mnthambo, Amara Murerwa and Dimpho Teffo obtained their level two certificates in the early childhood development programme.
This programme is essential for growing minds and bodies. I would like to appreciate the staff of Bennie Boekwurm Pre-School who made sure their learners could benefit from this. After this qualification, the students will now transfer to a more intense self-defence and development programme through the Yin-Yang Karate And Self Defence Studio, and this is where they will continue their success. Well done to all of them,” De Jager said.
Pre-School principal Lianie Engelbrecht said the fact that the learners only joined karate this year but have already learnt so much in such a short period of time, shows what is possible. “Thank you to Little Ninja Academy for your hard work,” she said.

De Jager told Review that the classes help students with self-defence; their bodies are trained to be more flexible, stronger and faster in a fun and interactive way.
“In these classes, students learn the importance of hard work and the rewards earned from it. We train to improve discipline, self-control, confidence and much more,” De Jager said.
Schools and parents that would like to have their children join in the Little Ninja Academy Limpopo fun, can contact Annatjie on 072 860 0472.
