AMENDMENT SCHEME NO 564: I Mbali Masuku of SmartPlan Development Consultants Pty Ltd being the authorized agent of the owner of the Remaining Extent of Erf 787 Louis Trichardt Township hereby give notice in terms of Section 93 of Makhado Municipality Spatial Planning, Land Development and Land Use Management By-Law 2016 that I have applied for Rezoning of the above-mentioned property from *`Residential 1` to `Residential 2` for the purpose of dwelling units with a special consent to increase density in terms of Section 63 & 75(1) of Makhado Municipality Spatial Planning, Land Development and Land Use Management By-Law 2016 and Clause 22 of Makhado Land Use Scheme 2009 read together with the provisions of Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (Act 16 of 2013). The relevant documents and plans regarding this application are open for inspection during normal office hours (between 7:00 to 16:00) at the office of the Director Development Planning or Town Planning office at 83 Krogh Street, Louis Trichardt Makhado Local Municipality for the period of 30 days from the 15 May 2026. Any objections and/or comments or representations in respect of the above application must be lodged in writing to the Municipal Manager at the above- mentioned address or at Private Bag X 2596, Makhado, 0920 within 30 days.
