NOTICE OF APPLICATION LODGED BY VIRTUE OF SECTION 63 OF THE MAKHADO LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL PLANNING, LAND DEVELOPMENT AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY- LAW, 2016 & CLAUSE 23 OF THE MAKHADO LAND USE SCHEME, 2009 FOR A REZONING FROM RESIDENTIAL 1 TO RESIDENTIAL 2 WITH A SIMULTANEOUS APPLICATION FOR WRITTEN CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF A GUEST HOUSE OF ERF 2051 LOUIS TRICHARDT EXTENSION 2 TOWNSHIP I, Ramulongo Mashaka of Masindi Town Planners, being the authorised agent hereby give notice in terms of Section 63 of the Makhado Local Municipality Spatial Planning, Land Development and Land Use Management By-Law 2016, that we have applied for rezoning from `Residential 1` to `Residential 2` with a Simultaneous application in terms of Clause 23 of the Makhado Land Use Scheme, 2009 for the purpose of a Guest House on Erf 2051 Louis Trichardt Extension 2 Township read together with the provisions of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act 16 of 2013. Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours (7:00 to 16:00) at the office of the Director Development and Planning: Makhado Local Municipality at 83 Krogh Street, Louis Trichardt, 0920 for the period of 28 days from 29 July 2026.
