NOTICE OF REZONING APPLICATION ERF 600/2 PIET POTGIETERSRUST TOWNSHIP We, Mr Mafafu Douglas Madimetja and Mrs Mafafu Selina Mangapa, being the registered owners of Erf 600/2, Piet Potgietersrust Township, hereby give notice in terms of Section 16(1)(f)(ii) of the Mogalakwena SPLUMA By-Laws, 2016, that we have applied to the Mogalakwena Local Municipality for the rezoning of the abovementioned property from `Residential 1` to `Business 1`. Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the Office of the Municipal Manager, 54 Retief Street, Mokopane, for a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from 13 March 2023 (date of first publication of the notice) and 20 March 2023 (date of second publication). Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged in writing with the Municipal Manager at the above address or posted to PO Box 34, Mokopane, 0600, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from 13 March 2023. Objections must quote the above-mentioned heading and include the objector`s interest in the matter, the grounds of objection/representation, the objector`s property description, contact numbers, and physical address. Any person who is unable to write may, during office hours, visit the above-mentioned municipal offices where a staff member will assist in transcribing any objections, comments, or representations.
