Deeply dissatisfied and dissapointed

MY brother has been admitted to Mokopane hospital and to our surprise when we went to visit him on Monday morning we found that he had bruises on his face and he complained of pain due to him falling off the bed while he was sleeping. No one from the hospital informed us about the situation, instead the nurses were rude and unfriendly to us.

I therefore request that the hospital management should do something regarding this issue at the male medical ward.
