Polokwane Oval will host the second last leg of the Motorsport South Africa (MSA) Tar Oval Nationals at the local race track on Saturday. Drivers from across the country will flock to the city to battle it out in the fight to be crowned South Africa’s number one.
Spectators will be treated to some adrenalin rushing action between drivers in the Ninja midgets, Stockrods, 1660, 2-litre Hotrods, 2,1-litre Modifieds, Super Midgets, Hotrods and V8 Sprints classes.
As always Polokwane Oval will provide tons of entertainment for young and old not only with spectacular racing but also lucky draws and sweets and treats for children during the interval. Two clowns Jingles and Dangles will also be entertaining children.
It’s an event for the whole family and there will be food stalls offering from delicious meals to snacks such as mini donuts and mouth watering burgers.
Entry fees are R60 for adults, R30 for children between 10 and 16 years and R10 for children under 10. Gates open at 08:00 with the qualifying rounds starting at 13:00. The main event is scheduled for 16:00.
