Body Life Gym is running a weekly health challenge throughout the year to motivate and inspire the community to live healthier and to exercise regularly. The challenge consists of different exercises designed to improve the body and general health.
Body Life is owner managed by David van Ryneveld who initially studied biokinetics and uses that background to determine practical exercises designed to suit the individual need of each client.
“We serve the people of Polokwane in an attempt to address the health of our general population which is currently in desperate need of recuperation,” Van Ryneveld said.
“Our kids ‘training facility is unique and provides for kids’ fitness. This is where a healthy lifestyle begins. We have created a facility exclusively for women, one especially for the more adventurous, one for the serious sport participant and then we also cater for the needs of the general population in weight reduction and improved health and general fitness,” he said.
Injuries or movement limitations are addressed appropriately. “The main emphasis in our clubs is a hands-on approach where the member is not merely a number,” Heinrich Wolhüter, personal trainer at Body Life Gym explained.
