Saturday’s golf day sponsored by MGM Motors was an opportunity for 53 keen golfers to enjoy a relaxing day out in the open.
The game in Better Ball Stableford format was won by Wesley and Ruan Brits with 50 points. Wian Marx and Bennie Smit finished second with 49 points and Freek Schutte and Kobie Smit in the third place with 47 points count in. The longest drive on the first belonged to Barend Jacobs and Pat Molepo was nearest to the pin for two on the 18th.
Lynette Smith, Charlie Smith, Kobie Smit, Freek Kloppers, Bennie Smit, Johan Steynberg, Wesley Brits and Dirk Visagie each won R40 in the Two Clubs.
