Athletes interested in participating in the annual Nguni Grill Road Race can enter for the race at the sponsoring restaurant from 16:00 to 19:00 tomorrow (Friday).
Runners of all ages, fitness and experience levels can enter for the 5 km fun run, 10 km and 21,1 km races.
The start and finish will be at Nguni Grill at the Bendor Shopping Complex and entries will still be accepted from 05:30 to 07:20 on Saturday at the starting point. Walkers are welcome in all categories.
The race is presented for the sixth time this year and organised in conjunction with Run/Walk for Life.
The 21,1 km and 10 km are scheduled to start at 07:30 followed by the 5 km at 07:40. The costs are R30 (5 km), R50 (10 km) and R70 (21 km). With the exception of the fun run participants all athletes should be in possession of a provincial licence. Temporary licences will be sold at the venue at R30.
