Lim cricket congratulates Mogodi
Chief Executive Officer of Limpopo Impala Cricket (LIC), Tommy Phiri congratulated the vice-President, John Mogodi who was recently elected to be one of the Non-Independent Directors at the Cricket South Africa (CSA)'s general meeting.
Mogodi who is also responsible for the governance and finance at LIC fills the vacancy after the resignation of Jack Madiseng last year.
Mogodi is a qualified accountant and served as a senior accountant at KPMG for three years before taking up his present position as accountant and project manager at Ditsie Financial Consultants.
He serves on the board of numerous companies and is currently a member of both the audit and risk committee and the finance and commercial committee of CSA.
Phiri said as the custodians of cricket in Limpopo they are proud that his contributions to cricket have become recognised by multiple stakeholders in Limpopo. “Mogodi has always encouraged all cricket participants across all ethnicities and cricket programmess to help build a better society for our communities and future South Africans.”
