The Pick n Pay and Pietersburg (Pbg) Bande Golf Day took place last Wednesday and Piet Bronkhorst secured the win with 40 points on a count-in.

POLOKWANE – A total of 50 golfers took to the fairway of the Polokwane Golf Club in an individual stableford format in a day of relaxed social golfing.

With Bronkhorst securing the win, Willie Marx finished in second place with 40 points on a count-out and Kobus Marnewick in third place with 39 points on a count-in.

Nearest to the pin at hole four and 11 was played by Dirk Visagie. Anthony Olley played nearest to the pin at hole eight and Mpho Makhado played nearest to the pin at hole 16.
