Cappies gymnast excels
A 14-year-old gymnast, Khomotso Marokane, who attends Capricorn High School, was one of the gymnasts who represented Limpopo at the South African Gymnaestrada Championships at the University of Johannesburg recently.
POLOKWANE – A 14-year-old gymnast, Khomotso Marokane, who attends Capricorn High School, was one of the gymnasts who represented Limpopo at the South African Gymnaestrada Championships at the University of Johannesburg recently.
Khomotso came fourth in the competition. She is a level 3 gymnast.
Khomotso, who is a member of Zani’s Gymnastics, started doing gymnastics in 2012.
“I am happy that I could be part of such a great team; the Limpopo gymnastics team. We enjoyed the competition, even though it was not easy we really did our best,” she said.
Kgomotso is also Zani’s 2013 South African winner.
