Fusion Boutique Hotel celebrated their fourth birthday along with their first ever Employee of the Year Awards ceremony last Sunday. With a compliment of over 100 staff members, including Cycad Guest House and Coco affair Coffee Shop, the purpose of this spectacular evening was to celebrate the staff’s achievements and to thank them for all their hard work and commitment over the past year, said Fusion Boutique Hotel marketing manager, Victoria Stander. Fusion Boutique Hotel, Polokwane’s only 5 star hotel, was established four years ago and has gone from strength to strength. It has become a well-known brand not only in Limpopo but throughout South Africa.

Fusion Boutique Hotel, Polokwane’s only five-star establishment has been around for four years, but had esta-blished a respected name for itself.

Owner, Maria du Plessis congratulated her staff on an amazing four years and thanked them for their dedication and team work that made Fusion a brand to be reckoned with.

“Since we opened our doors in 2009, Fusion has been growing from strength to strength and it is all because of everyone sitting here tonight. Thank you very much for your hard work and dedication; for the excellence service that you give our clients. It is you that go the extra mile in providing excellent service and I am proud to lead such a team. Tonight we celebrate our hard work. I hope that these awards will motivate and inspire you to work even harder. I am proud to be associated with a great team,” she said.

Staff were awarded for 100% attendance, long service, employee of the year in each department, overall employee of the year, manager of the year and most improved employee. It was a fun filled night with singing, dancing and of course, five star dining.
