Jazz concert set to be a yearly occurrence
POLOKWANE Jazz Foundation, Moletjie Moshate and Moletsi Community Radio Station officially launched the Baile-Batho Jazz Concert

POLOKWANE Jazz Foundation together with Moletjie Moshate and Moletsi Community Radio Station officially launched the Baile-Batho Jazz Concert at the Moletjie Community Hall on Sunday.
The concert is aimed at honouring members of the foundation who have passed on.
Moletsi community radio station manager, Modjadji Mphela-Ndabane said:
“The Baile-Batho Jazz Concert will be hosted annually and will accommodate young and old,” Mphela-Ndabane said.
She said the concert also aimed to curb the spread of HIV/aids in the community by educating jazz fans about the disease.
Junias Madiga, a jazz fan who attended the concert said he appreciated the foundation’s initiative to honour those who had passed on.
Seshego police spokesperson, WO Mothemane Malefo said the station used events such as this to address the issued of crime in villages, as well as the steps villagers should take to minimise it.
