The Rotary Anns of the Rotary Club of Pietersburg 100 recently had new curtains made and delivered to the three main wards of the paediatric oncology ward at Pietersburg Provincial Hospital. At the handing over ceremony, the Rotary Anns treated the young patients to chocolate brownies, a selection of fruit and juice.
“Some of the children have light sensitive eyes due to their treatment and the ladies decided to afford them some comfort by providing the curtains,” Rotary Anns President, Yvonne Joubert said.
Cansa representative, Simon Maposa received the donation and thanked the Rotary Anns for their kind gesture.
