Bull at Pigs ’n Paws in Cullinan hacked with panga

Tom, a bull at Pigs ’n Paws, a farm just outside Cullinan, was hacked with a panga on April 7.

The farm workers tried hard to get Tom into the crush to treat his wound and eventually got him in after a long struggle.

They treated his wound with antibiotics and cream for the infection.

After this attack on the animal, a volunteer at Pigs ’n Paws paid for security for a few days.

Pigs ’n Paws is an NPO funded by public donations.
