Selepe expelled from the ANC

Two members of the ANC have been suspended and one has been expelled.

The ANC in the Gert Sibande Region has expelled Mr Nicholas Selepe from the party with immediate effect.

This is because of his involvement in organising the marches against the Lekwa Municipality.

The ANC also suspended Messrs Sayitsheni Tsotetsi and Madoda Sigasa for a period of three years.

The regional secretary, Mr Joshua Nkosi, announced this during a press briefing held at the Lekwa municipal offices.

Mr Selepe was the branch secretary in Ward 10, Mr Tsotetsi was a branch executive committee member in Ward 4 and Mr Sigasa was a branch treasurer in Ward 2.
