Mpumalanga hosts SASAII games in Secunda
Officials and athletes will be honoured during the SASAII Games.

HIGHVELD – The Mpumalanga Sports Association will host the South African Sports Association for the Intellectually Impaired (SASAII) Games from 21-30 October.
SASAII is a national body that caters for sports for the learners that have intellectual impairment from special schools.
All nine provinces will come together and compete in athletics, basketball, cross country, football, netball and tennis for the down-syndrome athletes.
From these games, the national teams that will represent South Africa internationally will be selected.
SASAII’s 25 years anniversary will also be celebrated during the event, where outstanding officials and athletes will be honoured.
The SASAII games will be held at the Secunda Stadium and the Sasol Clubs in Secunda, Kinross and eMbalenhle.
