An armed robbery occurred earlier this afternoon in Goddefroy Street, Secunda when a woman believed to be in her eighties, arrived at home.
She apparently saw men in her garden and got out of her vehicle and asked them if she could help them. They took out a firearm and ordered her to go into the house.
They took her rings from her fingers and her car keys and some items in her bedroom.
SSS responded to the call and Secunda Police was also on the scene.
SSS warned residents to be careful and on the lookout as they believe the suspects are still in the area.
They fled in a white car.
