BETHAL – A 31-year-old man was arrested for possession of a substance suspected to be drugs on Saturday, 11 August.
Const Thomas Mogadime, police spokesman, said it is alleged that the suspect was handing over something to another person when he was seen.
“A police officer apprehended the suspect.
“He seized 34 brown packs containing a white substance suspected to be drugs.”
“The suspect was detained at the Bethal SAPS cells and will appear in the Bethal Magistrate’s Court.”
The Vispol commander applauded the member who was off duty for arresting the suspect.
