
BETHAL – The court case of Phindokuhle Eugene Nkosi, the man accused of killing Mr Nathi Ngcongo, has been postponed to Monday, 23 September for bail application.
Phindokuhle Nkosi was arrested in the early hours of Friday, 13 September, hiding in a house in Mamelodi, Tshwane.
He appeared in court the same day
Mr Ngcongo (30) was shot and killed at the Sam Holdings Truck Depot in Stasieweg in Bethal on Thursday, 12 September.
He was the general manager of the company. He was gunned down at about 6pm that night.
He was shot at least three times – twice in the chest and once in the head.
The Bethal EMS declared him dead on the scene.
