eMBALENHLE – A woman was robbed of R50 000 after withdrawing it from a bank in Secunda.
She informed the police that she had just withdrawn the money from an ATM and was supposed to deposit it into her son’s bank account, but after talking to her daughter, she changed her mind.
She allegedly drove back to her home at Extension 9, but when she parked her car, she was confronted by four armed men.
They forced the money from her and then fled the scene.
