eMbalenhle Library donates books to mini library

Reach out and support mini library by donating solar lights.

Oorkante Mini Library, an initiative from the NDP Foundation, received a donation of books from eMbalenhle Library. Staff from the eMba Library visited the Oorkante Mini Library in March and said next time they also want to donate blinds to the mini library.

The aim of the mini library is to reach and help learners living in certain parts of eMbalenhle.

“We are planning on installing solar lights when there are power outages,” said Nkosinathi Hleza, founder of the NDP Foundation.

He asked if anyone wanted to donate solar lights. Hleza wants to establish a garden in front of the library and make it look better by planting flowers.
