Sasol Ringball Club players selected for Mpumalanga Northern District squad

Corrie Potgieter has also been appointed as a RingballSA selector and RingballSA referee for the upcoming RingballSA Tournament.

The Sasol Ringball Club is celebrating the selection of numerous players and team managers to the Mpumalanga Northern Ringball District (MNRD) teams across various age groups and divisions.

Selected for the girls’ U15A team are Mianke van der Watt, Miché Robertson, Karlienke van der Berg and team captain Nicole Potgieter.

Geneve Viljoen has been selected for the girls’ U18A team, while Luin van der Watt will represent the district in the boys’ U18A division.

In the masters men’s A team, Elgar Guy and Warren Brown earned selection.

The veteran women’s A team includes Adri Potgieter and Trix van der Berg, while Rhyno Weber, Ian van der Watt (captain), Willie Potgieter and Tinus Pelser will represent the veteran men’s A team.

Nadine Campbell secured a place in the women’s B team, while Christiaan Venter, Morné Schroeder and Hanroux Fourie were selected for the men’s B side.

Linda Jordaan will represent the district in the women’s A team, and Neil Woest earned selection to the men’s A team.

The club is also well represented among the management staff.

Trix van der Berg was appointed manager of the girls’ U18 team, Corrie Potgieter will manage the women’s B team, while Ansa Potgieter and Elgar Guy have been appointed managers of the men’s B team.

Adding to the club’s achievements, Corrie Potgieter has also been appointed as a RingballSA selector and RingballSA referee for the upcoming RingballSA Tournament, highlighting his expertise and contribution to the sport.

The selections reflect the strength and depth of talent within the Sasol Ringball Club and recognise the commitment shown by its players and officials throughout the season.
