Life Wilgeheuwel Hospital is excited to welcome paediatric pulmonologist, Dr Kitso-Lesedi Mrubata, to its growing pulmonology team.
Dr Mrubata earned her medical degree from the University of Cape Town in 2012, having been awarded the prestigious Thabo Mbeki Merit Scholarship. She completed her internship at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital, where her passion for paediatrics flourished.
In 2021, Dr Mrubata specialised in paediatrics and was awarded a Discovery Fellowship, which led to her sub-specialisation in paediatric pulmonology medicine.
