Crawford International Ruimsig has announced its executive committee for the new year, marking the start of a new chapter for student leaders. The announcement was made on January 27 after the prestige awards ceremony. These elected leaders will represent the student body and uphold the school’s values throughout the year.

The executive committee includes the head boy, head girl, deputy heads, and portfolio leaders, each chosen for their leadership skills, dedication, and contributions to the school community. These roles are vital in fostering collaboration between learners and staff and ensuring the smooth running of key areas such as academics, sports, culture, and community outreach.

Tshegofatso Mashatola and Buhle Magwaza received white blazers as an honour to their excellent achievements. Principal David Maree expressed pride in the newly appointed leaders, saying that the team represents the very best of Crawford’s spirit and commitment to excellence and that heir leadership will help drive positive change and strengthen the school’s unity.
