Curro Academy Wilgeheuwel's speedster claims top two positions at D12 Athletics Championships.
Melusi Godi, a gifted young athlete from Curro Academy Wilgeheuwel, has demonstrated his dominance on the track.
He achieved an impressive second place finish in the 80m event and a first place win in the 100m event at the D12 Athletics Championship, which took place at Hoërskool Florida on February 26.
After successfully dashing past his opponents, Melusi proved that he is the fastest runner for the U10 sprints, as he prepares to face a more competitive group in the upcoming Gauteng Athletics Championships taking place on March 14 and 15.
As he flies the Wilgies flag high, his teammates, as well as the school, are briming with excitement and wish him all the best.
