The Premier Soccer League have announced the opening fixtures of the 2014/2015 Absa Premiership season.

The opening weekend will see champions Mamelodi Sundowns welcome Maritzburg United while 2013/2014 runners-up Kaizer Chiefs will travel to Free State Stars.

Arguably the clash of the round will take place at the Bidvest Wits Stadium, where the Clever Boys will welcome SuperSport United.

Another appetizing clash will see Mpumalanga Black Aces entertain Bloemfontein Celtic while Orlando Pirates will welcome Soweto rivals Moroka Swallows to the Orlando Stadium.

Newly promoted Chippa United will welcome reigning MTN 8 and Telkom Knockout champions Platium Stars in their first game back in South Africa’s top flight.
