The first announced stop of the tour will be on 1 November at the Big Top Arena at Carnival City, where they will compete against international wrestlers such as Adam Rose (WWE) and wrestlers from Lutcha Underground.

Steve, who has been a Springbok amateur wrestler for 12 years, is looking forward to the tour. He shared a few details of what his programme entails.”How do I stay fit or ready? Well, HWA is one of the most requested promotions in South Africa and we have a show or fight at least twice a month. This definitely helps me to stay fit and be competitive.”

But, a wrestler also needs to be mentally prepared, and Steve said, “I try to take each fight as it comes. Because I did amateur wrestling for five years, I believe it gives me an advantage above the other wrestlers.”

According to AWA, the current plans for shows on the Collision Tour is to be announced across various media platforms once they have been confirmed. Shaun Koen, the owner of AWA, is excited about the tour. “AWA is proud to be working with TSW as we represent South African professional wrestling on this nationwide tour. The AWA roster is filled with both veterans and youngsters that are hungry and eager to show the world what wrestling in South Africa is capable of!”
