SEDIBENG.- Gauteng is the art capital of South Africa, from Pretoria to Johannesburg, but the Vaal Triangle (South of Gauteng) is an undiscovered gold mine, full of talent and art.

One of the undiscovered talents from the area is artist Success_SA, born Teboho Success Dlamini. His music is a unique and rare mixture of hip-hop, kwaito, and Afro-pop through the medium of vernacular use of language in his music. Success SA’s music appeals mostly in the townships and most of the people who relate to and follow his music are people who are going through similar struggles or have been in his shoes before.

‘The Dark Side of Love’ is going to be his debut album with a track list of 15 songs. In this project, Success_SA shares a sensitive truth of his past relationship, like any normal break-up story but in this piece, the story is different because it’s not a typical break-up sad love story.

The Artist (Success_SA) paints a picture of a happy ending, showing that the concept in this body of work is about the value of lessons being learned through mistakes that affect and destroy the principles that love carries and the foundation pillars it is built on which are trust, communication, loyalty, and protection.

The album is going to feature various artists and producers who are locally and internationally based and also have an influence in the SA music industry such as LWRD DRUXX & TSHEGO from Ireland. It is going to be released under CMG (CONTRA MUSIC GROUP) which is a record label based in the Vaal Triangle (Tshepiso, Sharpeville).

The release date is the 5th of December and it will be available on all digital platforms including Spotify, iTunes, YouTube, SlikuorOnLife, and all other major platforms.
