Apparently the boy ran away from home in Naturena Extension 19.
He claims that his father assaulted him for no reason and that this is why he ran away and decided to go to his step-father who lives somewhere in Orange Farms.
Captain Aubrey Moopeloa, police spokesperson said, “He is in a place of safety, but we need to get to the bottom of this matter.”
The boy further claims that his step-father’s names are Mokhothu Radebe – which are two surnames.
Moopeloa said they took the boy to Orange Farms to look for his step-father but they were unable to find him. The boy also says that he attends school in Ennerdale, but no-one there seems to know who he is. “We plead with the community to help find the parents of this young boy,” says Moopeloa.
