VANDERBIJLPARK. – ER24 reports that a man believed to be in his 50s, was left seriously injured yesterday afternoon when his vehicle rolled off Friedman Street in Vanderbijlpark.

Paramedics arrived on the scene at 13h02 to find the light vehicle lying on its roof next to a tree. Bystanders had already pulled the man from the vehicle.

Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had sustained numerous injuries and was in a serious condition.

The man was treated for his injuries and provided with pain-relief medication before he was transported to Mediclinic Emfuleni for further treatment.

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
