A thief steals a security camera without realizing he is being photographed himself….

The man is apparently very busy with thefts in Vanderbijlpark’s S-areas.

He was photographed by a security camera in SE2 on Wednesday night while he was stealing the very same camera from the householder’s yard!

According to the resident, the man was dropped off by a white vehicle in front of the house around 19:00 that evening.

In the video, one can see him sneaking closer and climbing up against the gate before looking around and sticking out his arm to remove the security camera.

What the man apparently did not realize was that the security camera had taken him down for the last time and captured the video digitally on a computer before untying and stealing it.

He then left again with the white vehicle. He was wearing a tracksuit top with the word “Gotcha” on it.

The owner and police would like to know who the crook is.
