SEDIBENG.- When it rains, it pours for Boipatong FC as they suffered another defeat in their ABC Motsepe League Stream A fixtures over the weekend.

Boipatong FC and Ben 10 FC secured promotion to the ABC Motsepe League after finishing first and second, respectively, in last season’s SAFA Sedibeng Hollywoodbets Men’s Regional League.

These two sides campaign in the same stream.

They were automatically promoted to the second division league after SAFA decided not to relegate teams in the Gauteng ABC Motsepe League, with the idea of forming two streams.

These two sides campaign in the same stream, Stream A.

Both sides suffered a defeat over the weekend, with Boipatong FC losing 2-1 to Free Agents away from home on October 24.

As if that is not enough, Ben 10 FC suffered a defeat with the same score to Rrr Rams FC on October 25.

They are in danger!

Boipatong FC is in danger of being relegated at the end of the season unless they start winning. They are languishing at the bottom of THE Stream A log with a point. There were many expectations from the Boipatong community when the club was promoted to this league, but now the club is blowing hot and cold at the bottom.

On the other hand, Ben 10 FC started with an impressive performance when they played to a 1-1 draw against SSU M-17 FC in their opening game of the season.

They continued their impressive performance when they beat Via Sport JBM FC 3-1 at home. However, Tembisa Hollywood Thunder FC ended their impressive run in the league when they beat them 3-0 at home.

This was before they suffered another defeat at the hands of Rrr Rams FC on the above-mentioned date.

Both teams will be playing at home this coming weekend, with Boipatong FC welcoming La Masia FC at Boipatong Stadium on November 1.

Kick-off is at 15:00.

Ben 10 FC will host University of Johannesburg at President Park Stadium on the same day.

Kick-off time is 14:00.
